Job Responsibilities:
∎ Optimum utilization of man, machine, materials & method to increase productivity.
∎ Lead the WSO team to solve the bottleneck to improve productivity.
∎ Method & Motion Study.
∎ Analyze capacity study & optimum utilization of capacity
∎ Operation breakdown, operation bulleting / Layout, SMV calculation by time study.
∎ Operator skill summary.
∎ Train up production staff on efficiency.
∎ Process-wise operator skill development.
∎ Analyze Overtime requirement & reduce it..
∎ 5s implementation, Training, and Auditing.
∎ Work on 7 QC tools to minimize defect.
∎ Statistical analysis for continuous quality improvement.
∎ Production planning and control, Planning calculations.
∎ Process improvement & SMV reduction.
∎ Manpower Budget Planning.
∎ CPM, CM Calculation, Line cost calculation, Floor capacity calculation, Follow up KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and Report.
∎ Implementation of lean manufacturing tools and Six Sigma.
∎ Provide training about lean & various process improvement tools
∎ Manpower requisition and set up.
∎ Improving productivity through detailed analysis of the process by process.
∎ Smooth supply chain management from raw material to output.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skills, good typing speed in Bangla and English.
∎ Computer Skill: Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ Sound Knowledge on IE activities.
