5+ years in software development, preferably in ERP systems.
2+ years in a team lead / senior role.
Prior ERP experience in garments and accessories manufacturing is strongly preferred.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET MVC framework, Java Script, jquery, Kendo UI framework, SVN version control etc.
Database management MS SQL Server.
ERP frameworks, API integration, and reporting tools Crystal Reports and Power BI.
Cloud ERP experience is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen in garments and accessories workflows.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under strict deadlines.
Job Context:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead our Garments & Accessories ERP development team. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing ERP solutions that support the full lifecycle of garments and accessories manufacturing, including merchandising, production, inventory, procurement, supply chain, quality, and finance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems in the garments sector, strong coding expertise, and proven team leadership experience to drive efficiency and digital transformation.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the design, customization, and deployment of ERP modules for garments and accessories manufacturing.
Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing ERP solutions aligned with business workflows.
Integrate ERP with external systems (E-commerce platforms, supply chain solutions, HR/payroll, etc.).
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of ERP functionalities.
Manage, mentor, and guide the ERP development team to achieve project goals.
Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices.
Work closely with business units (Production, Merchandising, Accessories, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, HR) to gather and translate requirements into ERP solutions.
Provide training and user support for ERP adoption.
Analyze garments and accessories workflows to identify process gaps and automation opportunities.
Continuously enhance ERP features to meet industry standards and evolving company needs.
Research emerging ERP technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
