Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define most important social media KPIs, measure the success of every social media campaign, and manage & oversee social media content.
∎ Become an advocate for the organization in social media spaces, engage in dialogue, demonstrate the ability to map out a comprehensive social media plan to reach the Organization's target audience.
∎ Assist Social Media Analyst to analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content, SEO and social campaigns.
∎ In collaboration with the Social Media Analyst, monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, and work with copywriters and designers to ensure the content is informative and appealing.
∎ Oversee design (ie: Social media graphics for Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
∎ Communicate with outside/same industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network, monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
∎ In collaboration with the Social Media Data Analyst, analyze, and compile reports for management showing results. Also, Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
∎ Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast).
∎ Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with organization's overall campaign plan and channels.
∎ Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the organization. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 03 years of experience as a Social Media person or similar role
∎ Ability to create Strategy using social media for brand awareness and impressions
∎ Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
∎ Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
∎ Good understanding of social media KPIs
∎ Familiarity with web design and publishing
∎ Excellent multitasking skills
∎ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
∎ Team player, good time-management skills
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
∎ Experience in sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
∎ Excellent written & oral English language skills
∎ Possesses great ability to identify potentially negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
