∎ Minimum 3-5 Years of working experience with Govt. Institutes with a proven track record.
∎ Familiarity with public procurement processes and tender documentation.
∎ Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams & external partners.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across key government agencies including PWD, MES and other Govt Institutes Including LGED, EED, DPHE, REB, PDB, BGB, CAAB, City Corporations, etc.
∎ Visit government offices and project sites to maintain visibility, build rapport, and collect orders.
∎ Maintain consistent communication for relationship strengthening and sales follow-up.
∎ Develop and maintain long-term, productive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
∎ Visit potential clients to present products, conduct product demonstrations, and submit quotations.
∎ Promote company products and solutions to engineers, decision-makers, and procurement officials within government institutes.
∎ Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and quotations as per procurement requirements.
∎ Follow up on NOA, Schedule, BG/PG, and obtain approvals from concerned government offices or institutions.
∎ Ensure accurate completion and timely submission of required documentation for internal and external processes.
∎ Collect sales orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery.
∎ Prepare and submit invoices, collect payments (cheques, AIT), and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
∎ Track and confirm billing and collection status, updating management as required.
∎ Conduct regular market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
∎ Collaborate with the team to develop effective go-to-market plans and participate in strategic business planning.
∎ Collect and analyze customer feedback, sharing insights with internal teams and to the authority to drive product and service improvements.
