Experience:
Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in operation of sales using digital technologies and tools.
Very strong understanding of marketing & sales operations and Customer Relationship Management concepts.
Good understanding of digital tools & technologies in the context of Marketing, Sales & CRM.
Advance data analytics and computing skills would be an advantage.
Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptability, Organized and Disciplined, Team player, Time Management.
Strong written/verbal communication, relationship management skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent presentation skills.

Maintain and update sales data, customer information, and orders in databases.
Generate and perform analysis on sales reports, including sales performance metrics and trends.
Prepare sales documents, such as invoices and contracts.
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and calendar management.
Coordinate inventory management and communicate with relevant teams.
Manage billing and payment processing tasks, including payment tracking according to policy.
Maintain effective communication with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth sales operations.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Analyze sales data to identify patterns and trends that can inform sales strategy.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
