∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all sales and business development activities to generate revenue from the assigned market across the entire opportunity management cycle.
∎ Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities and build customer relationships. Meet or exceed individual sales goals through prospecting and winning new revenue-generating relationships.
∎ Utilize advanced sales, communications and business skills to position appropriate solutions, overcome objections / resistance and close the sale. Relationship Building and Account Management.
∎ Identify potential sector, market, clients and add value to portfolio diversification, Guide team members for their development in areas of new client addition, target achievement, client visit, portfolio management etc.
∎ Optimize resources (direct and indirect) to achieve the business plans.
∎ Engage with cross functional teams effectively to get things going proactively.
∎ Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the sales goals.
∎ Documentation, Presentation Skill of making presentation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Able to plan and execute strategy and marketing projects from start to finish with an eye on achieving key metrics
∎ Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
