Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve assigned sales target by maximizing sales
∎ Retain existing client with effective co-operation.
∎ Prepare a daily report over existing custom with their feedback.
∎ Prepare action plans and schedule for sales
∎ Communicative regularly with customer & team members.
∎ Maintaining and updating existing & potential customer databases.
∎ Maintain sales activity records & reports.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing best of services and maintain decent relationships with the clients/customers.
∎ Monitor the activities of the competitors, conduct survey on market condition & product development and offer corrective measures to head of sales.
∎ Any kind of task assigned by the management.
∎ Must work under pressure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) experience in concrete block sector or Ready-mix / Cement
∎ If any candidate in "Civil Engineering" will get extra priority.
∎ Strong communication skills (both in English & Bangla).
∎ Analytical skills and leadership capability.
∎ Excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Must be able to operate computer (MS Word/MS Excel/Power Point).
∎ If any candidates have personal "Motor Bike" will get priority.
∎ Job experience on Govt. project or Mega project.
