Training
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly Training calendar, budget & manage it round the year.
∎ Monitor activities for impact and objective achievement.
∎ Manage logistics and finance for internal & external training programs.
∎ Responsible to make all training content and deliver the training.
∎ Identify different training processes and ensure compliance.
∎ Coordinate the training process.
∎ Gather feedback from trainees after each training session.
∎ Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
∎ Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
∎ Any other additional activities as per company needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Hospitality/Restaurant Franchises/Training Center.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills as a facilitator of Training.
∎ Excellent in typing both Bangla & English, PowerPoint, Photoshop.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: Tk. 23000 - 26000 (Monthly)
