Responsibilities & Context:
● Be the leader of multiple lead project teams from conception to completion while maintaining a high level of quality.
● Manage and coordinate all activities related to interior design projects, including site management, vendor management, budget tracking (in excel), and timeline maintenance.
● Communicate effectively with top management (direct report), architects, site contractors and vendors to ensure the smooth running of the project.
● Effective preplanning and maintain project timeline using GNATT CHART to keep the project on track.
● Utilize Cad software to create and review architectural drawings.
● Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
● Control material usage maintain stock reports
● Move to multiple sites (Inside/Outside Dhaka)
