∎ Age at most 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ User Support (Hardware troubleshooting, OS setup, printer install & sharing, Mail account open & configure into PC and Mobile).
∎ Configure & maintenance of CCTV Surveillance and Attendance machine.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain all software & hardware of Laptop, Desktop, printer, UPS/IPS, ethernet networks, photocopy machine, CCTV, network cabling and IT related equipment, devices, and systems.
∎ Provide technical support to end users for hardware and network-related issues.
∎ Trouble shooting of UPS, printer, Dot Matrix printer, scanner, computer hardware & software.
∎ Support the end user with LAN and wireless networks, Desktops & Laptop, email. Services, Microsoft Outlook applications, endpoint antivirus
