∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support to end users of service and software over telephone, email or SMS
∎ Provide support related to software or network issues, installation of software or hardware (when required)
∎ Responsible for documenting and logging reported problems & issues.
∎ Closely monitor and follow-up support tickets escalated to others teams.
∎ Monitor / service up time and identify performance issues.
∎ Performing routing checking of systems & software.
∎ Ensuring that the software systems are up and running.
∎ Evaluate reported or detected problems and implement satisfactory solutions to resolve network or service related issues and prevent recurrence.
∎ Work effectively and professionally with other team members coworkers in other departments and external customers.
∎ Be on call 24X7 to support business critical data network
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on Devops will be an added advantage.
∎ Time management ability and self-motivated.
∎ Willingness to work on roaster duty.
