∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the quality plan and rules and regulations for achieving the quality standard.
∎ Ensure internal inspection prior to buyer's final inspection to ensure required quality as per buyer's standard.
∎ Supervise and check in-line quality & quantity as per production order/job bag instructions.
∎ Ensure quality and conformity of products according to buyer requirements.
∎ Make sure all quality requirements are being followed in production.
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance/ Quality Control in the factory.
∎ Able to work in Cross-Functional environment.
∎ Managing a team of people and is able to train and develop associates.
∎ To provide technical solutions and trouble shootings to production team.
∎ Propose/ Implement strategic improvements in quality process.
∎ Prepare different reports and submit to the top management.
∎ Have to perform other duties & responsibilities as when assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 27000 (Monthly)
