Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Tannery/Footwear

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Tannery/Footwear

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• To look after overall Payroll activities of the Group including prepare monthly Attendance, Salary, Bonus, Overtime, Final Settlement etc. using software.

• Prepare daily manpower report and submit to the management.

• Collect and verify attendance, overtime, leave, and shift records from timekeeping system

• Calculate monthly salaries, overtime, bonuses, and other financial benefits

• Capable of preparing all kinds of manual bills.

• Collect and analyze data related to employee attendance, leave and extra working hours.

• Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement through bank or cash.

• Prepare payroll reports and submit them for management approval.

• Ensure payroll processes comply with government and labor laws.

• Use payroll software system for data entry and reporting.

• Resolve employee queries regarding salary, overtime, bonuses, etc.

• Assist new employee’s information posting with salary slips, bank account openings, and other payroll-related processes.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly payroll reports for management.

• Analyze overtime trends or extra costs and provide recommendations.

• Cooperate with internal and external audit teams.

• Correct any discrepancies or errors found during audits.

• Any other tasks related to payroll given by the Management.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies

• NETWORKING Wi-Fi Router Configuration and maintenance.

• CONFIGURE & INSTALL WINDOWS & VARIOUS NETWORK DEVICES (LAN, ROUTERS, SWITCH, , INTERNET etc.)

• UPS/ IPS TROUBLESHOOTING. HARDWARE TROUBLESHOOTING (DESKTOP, LAPTOP, Access Control,

• MONITOR & MAINTAIN DVR, NVR, CAMERA, RECORDED DATA BACK-UP

• Mobile bill, Insurance

• Festival Bonus: 2 Salary Review: Yearly (As per company policy)
