Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
● Identify and approach schools, colleges and madrasahs in your own locality/zone to introduce Cube Limited's school management software and related products.
● Act as a local point of contact between the institution and Cube Limited.
● Arrange meetings and demos with decision-makers (Principals/Headmasters/Governing Body).
● Assist in closing sales and completing necessary documentation for onboarding.
● Maintain a good relationship with onboarded institutions to support renewals and referrals.
● Report leads, progress and closed deals regularly to the Sales Manager.
Educational Requirements
● SSC/HSC or above; no strict educational bar — local reputation and network matter most.
Experience Requirements
● No prior experience mandatory; individuals with strong local networks (e.g., in education, community or local business) are encouraged to apply.
● Prior experience in sales, referral marketing or community engagement will be an advantage.
Additional Requirements
● Must be a local resident with good standing and network within the target area.
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
● Basic smartphone and internet usage skills.
● Honest, reliable and self-driven, as this is an independent, commission-based engagement.
Commission Structure
● This is not a salaried position — Sales Commission Partners earn a commission for every institution successfully on boarded through their referral.
● Commission amount and structure will be shared and agreed upon during the interview/onboarding process.
● No fixed monthly salary, TA/DA, or other salaried benefits are applicable for this role.
