• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Graduation/ MBA from any reputed university.

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Experienced in Garments Division
• Revise shipment documents to make sure they follow instructions from Head Office.
• Honest, responsible and committed person.
• Computer literacy is must (Excel, Word and Access).
• Knowledge and proficiency handling web based logistic.
• Proficiency in speaking & writing in English & Bengali.

• The individual must play vital role to run huge volume of freight shipments to be several destinations.

• Keep complete record of goods shipped and get updated sailing schedules Provide Information to CS department about Production and Delivery Status.

• Maintain Customer Delivery Database.

• Software Generated Challan Copy making.

• Prepare Delivery Reports weekly and monthly.

• Prepare Various Reports According to Customers and Suppliers.

• Purchase Order, Shipping, Invoicing, Vat & Tracking record maintaining.

• Prepare Route Plan according to delivery schedule.

• Possess in depth knowledge on Air & Sea Freight Operations.

• Follow up and coordinate Air & Sea shipments of goods with nominated logistic Operation and suppliers.

• Any other related tasks as assigned by the management/Authority.
