Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from UGC approved reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will Provide onsite and remote IT Support Service to the end-users.
∎ Required proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Apps, Windows & Linux OS, CCTV System.
∎ Will troubleshoot IT Hardware, Software and Business Applications (user PCs, Network device and Microsoft
∎ Windows, Microsoft Office suite, Email System, Video Conference System, CCTV camera systems).
∎ Will resolve technical issues with attendance data capture system (via ERP).
∎ Deploy /Install /Configuration & Delivery of IT instruments (PC and other IT equipment / devices – Printer, Scanner, CCTV Camera, LAN-WAN devices) as per group IT policy and SOP.
∎ Documentation of IT Assets handover takeover (to-from user) as per group IT SOP.
∎ Perform necessary activities to accomplish planned and unplanned IT Systems maintenance.
∎ Provide necessary technical support required to keep ERP & Collaboration platform up & running.
∎ Assist /Support in other IT functional tasks as assigned by the department.
∎ Will ensure proactive monitoring of all IT services – CCTV Camera systems, site wise network infrastructure.
∎ To prioritize & resolve the user support-calls daily, including responding quickly and appropriately to urgent/important issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05 (Five) Years job experience.
∎ Knowledge of SAP will get preference.
∎ To support in taking initiative to identify all possible risk, opportunities and to streamline the IT process.
∎ Deliverables as per responsibilities of the IT Department.
∎ Assist and coordinate local & group IT lead in IT operation, support, security & asset management.
∎ Coordinate & contribute to establishment of Group IT policies, IT SOPs, IT standards and the best practices as per Group IT guideline /directives.
∎ Will ensure reporting of IT services - proactive monitoring of all IT services – CCTV Camera systems, site wise network infrastructure.
∎ Conduct and coordinate user-training as required to train end users with newly implemented solution systems.
∎ Support in IT infrastructure development, IT Endpoint security management.
∎ Support in implementing the IT-led-Projects.
∎ Communicate, Coordinate with IT vendors and suppliers on warranty claims, Repair /Troubleshoot /Maintenance.
