Experience:

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), ISP, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Garments, Tannery/Footwear

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science
• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), ISP, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Garments, Tannery/Footwear

• Age 24 to 30 years

• Computer literacy in MS-Office (Word, excel, PPT, Visio, Illustrator & Photoshop) maintain, configure and support network and web servers.

• Experience in operating payroll software (Asian Technology, Falcon, GTR) highly appreciated.

• Have Well experience in troubleshooting network-related issues.

• Well experience in network setup like: PAN, LAN, MAN, WAN network.

• Have well experience in managing overall IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability, and overseeing the daily operations of the IT department.

• Well experience in troubleshooting system and network problems and solving hardware or software faults.

• Experienced in outlook setup and configuration.

• Must have well experience in ISP related issues.

• Must have good knowledge about the server, email, service & firewall etc.

• Have well knowledge for maintain CCTV security system & access control system.

• Understanding about the knowledge of PA system.

• Must have well experience or strong knowledge of web application.

• Have well experience in maintenance or fixing the windows or related software issues.

• Have well experience to manage internal data server monitoring system alerts to evaluate and solve identified problems.

• Maintain effective communication with vendors, peers and clients in support of assigned projects and tasks.

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network or any IT related problems.

• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.

• Reporting network operational status and managing projects to HR Head regular basis.

• Responsible for managing IT inventory.

• Strong analytical and problem solving both proactive & planned & project basis crisis ? problem recovery situation.

• Any other work assigned by Top level management.
