Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including servers, workstations, printers, and peripherals.
∎ • Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as required, ensuring compatibility and compliance with industry standards.
∎ • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, diagnosing and repairing faulty components.
∎ • Design, implement, and maintain the organization's local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
∎ • Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities.
∎ • Install and configure network devices, including routers, switches, network printer, and access points.
∎ • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
∎ • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hardware and network-related procurement.
∎ • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and network-related issues.
∎ • Assist with software installations and updates as required.
∎ • Train employees on hardware and network best practices and security protocols.
∎ • Research and recommend hardware and network upgrades to improve performance and efficiency.
∎ • Configure & maintenance of CCTV Surveillance and Attendance machine.
