∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for self - motivated, proactive and energetic person for the position of a Manager, Accounts who is willing to work at Night Shift for its corporate office.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time at night shift.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing and ensuring smooth operation of all accounting functions;
∎ Preparing and releasing in a timely manner all reports, projections, estimations and statements; e.g. daily, weekly monthly, annual, profit and loss reports.
∎ Ensuring that the books, records and accounts are maintained accurately and fairly to reflect the transactions and administration of the assets of the company.
∎ Preparing and reviewing annual budget and periodical forecasts;
∎ Devising and maintain a system of internal accounting control sufficient to ensure that transactions are executed in accordance with the Management's general and specific authorization and in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and the regulations of Bangladesh;
∎ Overseeing and ensuring the smooth execution of account receivables, credit and cashiering functions, including ensuring that: (i) all monthly bank reconciliations are certified; (ii) all daily cash and cheque transactions are duly verified and banked-in on a daily basis;
∎ Overseeing internal, external and regulatory audit processes and ensuring appropriate corrections are made to audit results if necessary;
∎ Ensuring a strong accounting, operation and cost control environment to safeguard assets and to improve operations and profitability;
∎ Ensuring procurement of goods and services are done in compliance with the requirements of and directions from the Management;
∎ Ensuring smooth running of the overall payroll and general administrative functions, including ensuring: (i) accuracy of the payroll calculation and payment to employees;
∎ (ii)strict observation of the government's tax regulations and overseeing all legal and tax matters
∎ Any other task assigned by management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills in English.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Accounts Software, Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ Willing to Work at night shift.
