Job Responsibilities:
∎ Time Study, Motion sTaking the capacity study of full-line and line balancing for clean-up bottleneck area.
∎ Methods developments & analysis as a side of quality & quantity.
∎ Follow-up the low performing Operators.
∎ Operation breakdown, Operation Bulleting / Layout
∎ SMV calculation by time study.
∎ Operator skill Summery.
∎ Process-wise operator skill development.
∎ Nonproductive time (Loss Time) record and reduce.
∎ Hourly Production Monitoring & Achieve the line Target.
∎ Prepare Man machine report.
∎ Statistical analysis for continuous quality improvement.
∎ Production Planning and control, Planning Calculations
∎ Capacity Study
∎ Production Study
∎ Co-ordination with merchandising
∎ Fabric & thread consumption.
∎ Garments analysis & style development for reducing costing.
∎ Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to provide expert inputs while determining worker functions and responsibilities
∎ Recommend methods for improving optimization of personnel, material, and utilities
∎ Analysis manpower status and set standard man & machine ratio considering direct & indirect
∎ Assessing project and resource requirements
∎ Determining quality control standards
∎ Re-negotiating schedules as necessary
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
