∎ Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Leadership and team management experience.
∎ Proficiency in using relevant software tools and applications for merchandise planning, data analysis, and project management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have experience of handling Quotation Process.
∎ Prepare T & A and monitor to Development, Sourcing, and Production area..
∎ Capable to submit sample on-time (as per buyers given timeline).
∎ Strong communication and negotiations skill with buyer & supplier.
∎ Clear knowledge in handling the process of readymade garments & Circular Knitting.
∎ Ensure proper Guidance and assistance to execute the respective orders and activities·
∎ Check & sign the costing sheet fabric, booking sheet & final sheets·
∎ Monitor textile & Garments about fabric quality & production to support good quality garment production.
∎ Work with the commercial department for shipment based on forwarder approval.
∎ Work with the SCM department for input to make sure.
∎ Implement minimum cost to achieve maximum profit.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
