∎ Diploma in Engineering in Computing & Information System, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install and configure software and hardware (Computer, Laptop and other components)·
∎ Familiarity with payroll software systems and understanding of biometric hardware and software.·
∎ Verify functionality of hardware and software components·
∎ Link up and monitor the PC with the server and storage functions·
∎ Manage and maintain IT systems, including networks, servers, and CCTV systems, to ensure optimal performance and security.·
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone, troubleshoot network and connectivity issue, including able to terminate UTP cable for networking purpose·
∎ Manage and maintain the biometric attendance system for workers and staff. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of attendance data.·
∎ Create and manage salary sheets using payroll software.·
∎ Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries.
∎ Oversee the operation and maintenance of the ERP software server.
∎ Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
∎ Monitor and maintain the company’s network infrastructure.
∎ Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place.
∎ Generate and analyze IT-related reports for management.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
