∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management/ BBA/or a related field preferred.
∎ • 3-4 years of experience in front desk & customer service department in the same industry is a must
∎ • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ • Proficiency in MS Office.
∎ • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle stressful situations.
∎ • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
∎ • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.


Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
∎ Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, maintaining accurate guest records.
∎ Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel’s booking system.
∎ Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
∎ Address and resolve guest concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
∎ Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
∎ Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
∎ Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
∎ Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
∎ Assist in managing guest feedbacks and reviews for continuous service improvement.
