Must be experienced in Resort/Hotel Industry/Catering Industry.
Having Diploma in Hotel Management will provide an added advantage.
Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
Knowledge of food and hygiene regulations.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare customized meal plans for Honorable directors based on their preferences, specifications, and dietary needs.
Introduce new menu items and update the existing menu.
Plan for meal ingredients and ensure the availability of necessary kitchen tools and equipment.
Prepare meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations.
Cook and monitor all cooking-related activities.
Clean and sanitize work areas before and after meal preparation.
