Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, CSE, ECEE, Information Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare technical documents for IT enabled services as per the requirements of the software engineers, architects and system administrators, including procedures, architecture descriptions, technical specifications and detailed configuration information. Preferably in the software development and network security field.
∎ Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
∎ Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
∎ Prepare BRD, SRS, High Level Design and Low-Level Design Documents in collaboration with business and technical team.
∎ Prepare presentation on idea, concept and solution
∎ Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.
∎ Create user manuals, operational manual and installation manual to help end-users of applications.
∎ Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
∎ Bringing innovation on technical documentation, templating and process documentation.
∎ Create and maintain the information architecture.
∎ Providing state of the art Technical Solution (diagram & description) for software.
∎ Sound knowledge in designing process flow, data flow, use case diagram.
∎ Prepare Technical Proposal with rich technical writeup and technology alignment.
∎ Research & prepare the Term of Reference (TOR) of the project and prepare response in participation.
∎ Represent company in the tender meetings and answer queries on the submittal.

∎ Must be a team player
∎ Excellent command over English and professional technical writing skills
∎ Good understanding of the software development methodologies and techniques
∎ Good analytical, planning, coordination skill & presentation skill
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Knowledge on Project Management will be an added advantage.
∎ Good knowledge in MS-Visio, MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email.
∎ Must be punctual, well-groomed and have good manners.
∎ Must be able to prioritize tasks to finish the assigned task within the given timeline
∎ Must be innovative, easygoing, hardworking and compliant with business ethics.
