Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in any discipline from any reputed institution. (UGC Approved).
∎ B.Sc in IPE/ ME/EEE will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CNC System, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and operate CNC machines and programming to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of plastic injection mold.
∎ Communicate with other plastics factory for collection mold order.
∎ Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading mechanical drawings etc.
∎ Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform according to the correct function.
∎ Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
∎ Prepare a test run to check whether the machines produce outputs according to specifications or not.
∎ Set and maintain machines schedule to complete full cycles to ensure functionality.
∎ Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
∎ Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in plastic industry will get preference.
∎ Having experience in CNC machine maintenance & operations.
∎ Able to work a flexible schedule.
∎ Basic computer skill is a must.
