Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science/ CIS/ CSE or MBA major in MIS with Diploma in IT from any reputed institutions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist in developing management dashboard for donor / project / regulatory.
∎ To support in formulating data preservation / analytic strategy in consultation with data management manager.
∎ To ensure authenticate data collection from field level where manual intervention is required.
∎ To support the different departments in preparation of management reports as per the requirement.
∎ To supervise the work of MIS Executives/ Field MIS Officers.
∎ To provide training on data entry processes to the field supervisor as when required.
∎ To visit fields and support field level MIS activities for effective management of data collection and processing systems as required.
∎ To conduct periodic training for the members and attend the training programs arranged for self.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in data management and MIS application management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Database (Access/ Sql), MS Office application, Office 365, Analytical tool, Training.
∎ Ability to grasp and understand new technologies quickly.
∎ Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality.
∎ An active listener with demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail oriented.
∎ Willingness to go for field visit by public transport.
∎ Should have strong oral and written communication skills in English.
