Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management or equivalent from a reputed university of Bangladesh or abroad., Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management or equivalent from a reputed university of Bangladesh or abroad.
∎ PGDHRM would be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Industry is preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer and manage monthly salary disbursement, employee Salary Account, Employee loan and Festival Bonus.
∎ Prepare Salary approval sheet for the new joiner and conduct the negotiation meeting with the candidates.
∎ Initiate and work in collaboration with the Finance & Accounts department for resigned employee's final settlement.
∎ Manage employee's salary certificate, provident fund statement and Pay slip.
∎ Prepare Monthly departmental and project-wise human resources report.
∎ Administer and implement programs to appropriately reward individuals.
∎ Assist in designing implement, amend Compensation & Benefit policy based on organization vision, mission, and long-term business.
∎ Follow and facilitate job evaluation, job levelling, titling, and grade categorization when there is need of restructuring as per management decision.
∎ Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs.
∎ Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure.
∎ Conduct yearly Salary Survey in IT industry and develop competitive compensation and Benefit packages.
∎ Execute employee's salary revision, process confirmation and serve increment letters, confirmation letters to employees.
∎ Administer employee separation and release process.
∎ Forecast yearly budget for total compensation of manpower and salary increases, Festival Bonus, Provident Fund, and other benefit program.
∎ Carries out the quarterly/half-yearly/ annual performance appraisal process based on KPIs in an efficient manner.
∎ Conducts employee engagement programs to establish a value-based winning culture in the organization.
∎ Implements various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, mentoring, job-shadowing, online, offline, physical training)
∎ Responsible for Employer Branding Initiatives

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ At least 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits is required
∎ Experience in HR operations and Training & Development would be additional need.
∎ Demonstrated expertise in Individual performance management is required.
∎ Practical experience in capacity development in Performance Management is highly desirable.
∎ Practical experience in designing programs and training material is an asset.
∎ Possess good interpersonal communication, good oral and writing skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Performance-based rewards and recognition system experience is an asset.
∎ Fluency in English is required.
