• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• BBA or MBA from public or reputed private university.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances,Plastic/ Polymer Industry

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Taking ownership of category P&L.
• Leading the category and achieving departmental planned targets.
• Establish and maintain a database of sourcing for the Smooth category as per Policy.
• Appropriate sourcing of non-food products to enhance margin and availability.
• Prepare seasonal fast-moving products to ensure availability in the right place and quality through effective negotiation with the suppliers to fix effective price, terms, conditions, product quality, delivery, and return policy.
• Prepare a yearly promotion plan and communication for the categories that will establish brand and revenue growth.
• Analyzing data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends regarding the product and category.
• Developing an exit strategy for unsuccessful products.
• Prepare the supply chain annual business plan.
• Develop vendor strength for capacity building, future business capacity, and volumes.
• Building and driving relationships with key vendors to improve pricing and quality of services.
• Collaborating with the supplier to expand product categories & variation.
• Creating forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory ageing.
• Developing strong working relationships with Sales & marketing teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products along with product availability and maintain optimum stock levels with proper demand planning.
• Close monitoring item to item in-depth sales, ensuring proper display & merchandising as per the layout plan to enhance category visibility that meets customer needs while fulfilling financial objectives.
