- The candidates of concrete block sector or Ready-mix / Cement will get extra priority.
- Analytical skills and leadership capability.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- If any candidate in “Civil Engineering” will get extra priority.
- Must be able to operate computer (MS Word/MS Excel/Power Point).
- If any candidates have personal “Motor Bike” will get priority.
- Job experience on Govt. project or Mega project.
Responsibilities & Context:
Find out new customer.
Achieve assigned sales target by maximizing sales
Retain existing client with effective co-operation.
Prepare a daily report over existing customer with their feedback.
Prepare action plans and schedule for sales
Communicate regularly with customer & team members.
Maintaining and updating existing & potential customer databases.
Maintain sales activity records & reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing best of services and maintain decent relationships with the clients/customers.
Monitor the activities of the competitors, conduct survey on market condition & product development and offer corrective measures to head of sales.
Any kind of task assigned by the management.
Must work under pressure.
