• Proficient in using data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, SQL) for insights and reporting.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with APIs or AI integration is a plus.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to analyze data-driven insights and leverage AI for process optimization.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual for the position of Senior Executive or Assistant Manager – Product Development, based on experience and competencies. The role involves end-to-end product planning, development, and delivery of high-impact digital solutions across fintech, banking, payments, enterprise platforms, and AI-powered technologies. Candidates should be proficient in Agile Scrum practices and have a passion for solving real-world problems through technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform product discovery initiatives including market research, competitor analysis, and user engagement to identify opportunities and validate product concepts.

• Monitor industry trends (e.g., AI, SaaS, IoT, mobile app, fintech) and competitors to inform product direction.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for product features and enhancements.

• Translate business needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes.

• Own and manage the product roadmap with input from stakeholders, customers, and analytics.

• Act as the Product Owner in collaboration with Business, PMO, UI/UX, engineering, QA, Legal, Compliance and operations.

• Participate in and/or lead Agile Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Prepare and maintain documentation including PRDs, BRDs, HLD, LLD, User manuals, SOPs, Checklists, SLAs, and release notes.

• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch performance analysis.

• Monitor product KPIs, usage analytics, and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, data security, and financial standards across relevant domains.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performance product culture.
