Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hands-on experience in IP-Telephony Industry
∎ Hands-on experience on IP-Telephony Core System, CRM, Billing, and Media Gateways
∎ Server & Network Security for IP-Telephony Core System.
∎ Preference would be given to having experience in IVR and Call Center application development.
∎ Hands-on experience in Asterisk SIP Server
∎ Hands-on experience in FXS, FXO, PRI, SS7 Gateway
∎ Asterisk integration with E1 is preferred.
∎ Hands-on experience VOIPSWITCH is preferred.
∎ Asterisk integration with Database with knowledge of queries and stored procedures.
∎ Scripting with Shell.
∎ Experience in installing Hosted VoIP, Virtual Environment
∎ Good knowledge of SIP and IAX.
∎ MySQL and Telephony Domain.
∎ Ability to test and troubleshoot Asterisk applications/issues
∎ Knowledge of PHP programming in Asterisk

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 - 4 years of experience working in the IPTSP Industry.
∎ Knowledge in IPTSP, IGW, ICX operations.
∎ Strong Knowledge of PBX, SIP, RTP protocols.
∎ Strong knowledge of multi-asterisk server architecture
∎ Sound knowledge of Asterisk Dial-plan, Asterisk Gateway Interface, and Asterisk Manager Interface.
∎ Worked on Centrex IPPBX, Call-Center, Queue, IVR, and Voicemail-related applications.
∎ Expert in Asterisk installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
∎ Expert knowledge installing and configuring Asterisk with PSTN card.
∎ R & D skills in Asterisk-based value-added service.
