Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• B.Sc. in CSE/ETE/EEE/IT from reputed University

• 1 to 2 years

• Minimum Work Experience: 1 to 2 years in related field (preferred)

Other requirements:

• Experience of working on network equipment in an ISP environment other such company associated with networking.

• MTCNA, CCNA or Course Completed (Vendor certified will get preference).

Main purpose of the role:

• To ensure reliable ISP network services by troubleshooting issues, managing LAN and wireless devices, and supporting network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including both hardware and software faults.

• Ensure stable and reliable ISP network services, including access products, service networks, and core networks.

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN and internet connectivity products, resolving any associated computer or network problems.

• Manage and maintain wireless devices, including Ubiquiti/UBNT, Cambium, Cisco, Ruckus, and other Wi-Fi systems.

• Work with and troubleshoot IP, R&S, and routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP.

• Provide on-call support and participate in a 24x7 call-out rotation, including night shifts if required.

• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Perform any other job assigned by management.
