Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in IT/EEE/Computer Science
∎ Qualifications/Certification in IT or SI Project management preferred
∎ Qualifications/Certification in administering Microsoft related technologies/platforms preferred
∎ ITIL Certification/CEH/CISA/AWS Solutions Architect will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for:
∎
∎ evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring that ICT facilities meet these needs;
∎ planning, developing and implementing the ICT budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness;
∎ managing the outsource helpdesk team to ensure a high standard of delivery of IT services provided by Robi, edotco Group and/or third parties, including:
∎ Network
∎ Desktop
∎ Helpdesk and first level support
∎ Second level support
∎ Office 365
∎ EASI
∎ Monitor and report on SLA and continuously improve on process and deliverable
∎ Support Group Head of IT in liaising with in-country partners including Robi for operational matters
∎ Ensure commercial matters (e.g. billing and invoicing) does not hamper service delivery to users
∎ Support and assist in the rollout and adoption of the EASI and ECHO
∎ Train new ICT support staff
∎

∎ Projects
∎
∎ Support edotco Bangladesh projects with any IT requirements
∎ Manage and monitor all edotco Bangladesh projects
∎ Support Group Head of ITs in all group initiate projects:
∎ Microsoft Office Migration
∎ HRMS Migration
∎ ERP
∎ Enterprise workflow
∎ And any others
∎ Planning and Governance
∎ Keep up to date with new functionality and capability of Office 365 and Microsoft Axure in particular and with Cloud technology in general
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-6 years' experience in a relevant role
∎ Prior experience in managing medium/large scale multinational projects is preferred
∎ Well familiar with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft and AWS
