Working experience in LEED certified project, garment building construction and steel structure will be most preferable.
Experience in dealing with factory compliance during construction will be preferred.
Must have strong knowledge of BNBC- 2020, RSC guideline on building construction.
Expertise in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.)
Strong knowledge and experience in AutoCAD (2D/3D) for designing and drafting.
Thorough knowledge of construction and building materials quality.
Minimum 10 (ten) years’ experience in the relevant field of civil construction.
Minimum 5 (Five) years’ experience as project lead.
Must be vocal and confident in handling large group and resolving site issues promptly.

Job Context:
Entrust Group is developing a state-of-the-art green woven garment manufacturing facility under a LEED certification program. We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead the on-site construction management for our new Project. This is a strategic and high-impact role requiring hands-on experience in steel structures, LEED projects, and large-scale garment industry construction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day activities at the construction site and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide leadership and direction to site engineers, contractors, and labor force and ensure the quality of structural works as per design and specifications.
- Ensure resource optimization, material planning, and timeline execution.
- Oversee steel structure erection, finishing, utilities installation, and site safety compliance.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable construction safety and environmental regulations, including RSC (RMG Sustainability Council) -related structural, fire, and electrical standards, ensuring compliance with buyer-specific safety protocols.
- Review drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and technical specifications; suggest improvements where necessary.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to LEED standards and green building practices.
- Manage project documentation and provide regular progress reports to management.
- Checking of test results of different construction materials.
- Stay at project sites as needed.
