Responsibilities & Context:
- JTEC is a leading and reputed organization as a student consultancy firm in Bangladesh, and JTEC is in need for some Student Counselors , who are professionals, hardworking, dynamic energetic, quick learner, smart male and female for the position of Senior / Junior Student Counselor.
- Counselling students on their higher education options in abroad.
- Assisting the students with the application process. Responsibilities of achieving the students file open.
- Process documents related to student visa.
- Maintain communication with the respective counselors.
- Communicate with students and collect their required documents for visa application.
- Review and verify if documents sent by students are in the right order.
- Maintain records of the student's documentation.
- Update daily processing work activities to admin or MD.
- Communicate with clients face to face or over the phone regarding their application step.
- Other duties as assigned.
