• Age At least 25 years

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in student counselling or visa processing
• Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla
• Strong understanding of international admission & visa processes
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and problem-solving ability
• Experience in Canada/UK/Australia counselling will be considered an advantage

• Provide professional counselling to students regarding study-abroad opportunities (Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Europe, etc.)

• Assist students with program selection, application processing, documentation, and visa guidelines

• Maintain strong knowledge of university requirements, admissions procedures, and visa rules

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proper guidance and follow-up

• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person meetings

• Handle walk-in clients, maintain CRM records, and achieve monthly counselling targets

• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute seminars, open houses, and promotional activities
