Responsibilities & Context:
Provide professional counselling to students regarding study-abroad opportunities (Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Europe, etc.)
Assist students with program selection, application processing, documentation, and visa guidelines
Maintain strong knowledge of university requirements, admissions procedures, and visa rules
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proper guidance and follow-up
Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Handle walk-in clients, maintain CRM records, and achieve monthly counselling targets
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute seminars, open houses, and promotional activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (English/Business preferred)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in student counselling or visa processing
Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla
Strong understanding of international admission & visa processes
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients
Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and problem-solving ability
Experience in Canada/UK/Australia counselling will be considered an advantage
