  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a sensitivity to cultural differences.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.


Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for hard-working, energetic, smart, quick-learner employees, who will communicate with schools, colleges, and universities abroad, to make admission of students, and to make good relationships with foreign institutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process applications from international students, ensuring timely and accurate assessments based on academic and English language requirements.

  • Liaise with overseas applicants, education agents, and partner institutions to provide clear guidance and support throughout the admissions process.

  • Verify academic documents and qualifications in accordance with international education standards and institutional equivalency frameworks.

  • Ensure all admissions activities comply with internal policies, visa regulations, and relevant external authorities (e.g., immigration, accreditation bodies).

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as academic faculties, student services, and finance to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • Monitor and maintain applicant records using CRM and admissions software systems.

  • Support international recruitment campaigns by providing timely admission updates and attending virtual or physical recruitment events as required.

  • Generate reports and provide insights on application trends, conversion rates, and market feedback to improve admissions strategies.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, maintaining a high level of customer service.
