ভিসা প্রসেসিং সম্পর্কে ধারনা থাকতে হবে।
ইমিগ্রেশন প্রোগ্রাম সম্পর্কে ধারনা থাকতে হবে ।
সুস্পষ্ট ভাবে বাংলা কথা বলায় পারদর্শী হতে হবে ।
সব ধরনের ওয়ার্ক পারমিট ভিসা সংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে ক্লায়েন্টদের কাউন্সিলিং করতে হবে।
ওয়ার্ক পারমিট ভিসা সম্পর্কে ধারনা থাকতে হবে ।
ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে ফোনে এবং ফেস-টু-ফেস স্ট্রং কমিউনিকেশন তৈরি করতে পারদর্শী হতে হবে।
প্রয়োজনীয় ফাইল প্রসেসিং , ফাইল রেকর্ড এবং মেইনটেইন্স করার ধারনা থাকতে হবে।

পারফরমেন্সের উপর ভিত্তি করে কমিশন।
ফ্রেশার প্রার্থীদের জন্য ১৫ দিন প্রবেশন পিরিয়ড থাকবে।
