• Must have strong knowledge of computer operations (MS Word, Excel, Internet Browsing)
• Must be skilled in managing Facebook Pages and social media promotion
• Must have a good understanding of visa consultancy and overseas marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to promote visa and manpower services.

• Generate leads through digital platforms, direct marketing, and referrals.

• Communicate effectively with potential clients to explain our visa processing and overseas job placement services.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Actively manage and operate the company’s social media platforms, especially the Facebook Page.

• Conduct market research on visa trends, labor demand, and competitor activity.

• Applicants with previous experience in a travel agency will be given preference.
