Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tourist Visa Executive to join our growing visa processing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in tourist and business visa processing and the ability to manage client files independently with accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle Tourist Visa processing for the following countries:
- Malaysia, Thailand, India, Nepal, Turkey, United Kingdom (UK), Australia, Canada, Singapore, Maldives
- Guide clients regarding:
- Visa requirements
- Document checklist
- Application form filling
- Embassy appointment scheduling
- Ensure accurate and complete file preparation and submission
- Communicate application status updates clearly to clients
- Maintain proper records and visa tracking sheets
- Stay updated with embassy rules, policy changes, and visa procedures
- Coordinate with team members for smooth and timely processing
