Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and social media.
Provide accurate information regarding company services, processes, and requirements.
Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure timely updates and smooth workflow.
Assist walk-in clients with guidance, documentation, and service information.
Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain a positive, supportive, and customer-friendly attitude at all times.
Cooperate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain confidentiality of client data and adhere to company policies.
