The ideal candidate must be professional, customer-focused, and able to manage client queries with efficiency and clarity. She will be responsible for maintaining strong communication with clients, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and social media.

• Provide accurate information regarding company services, processes, and requirements.

• Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure timely updates and smooth workflow.

• Assist walk-in clients with guidance, documentation, and service information.

• Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

• Maintain a positive, supportive, and customer-friendly attitude at all times.

• Cooperate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.

• Maintain confidentiality of client data and adhere to company policies.
