Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/B.Sc./M.Sc. in CSE/ Software Engineering/ ECE/ EEE or equivalent and relevant engineering degree.
∎ MBA in Finance/Accounting from reputed universities will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the full life cycle development, implementation, production support, and performance tuning of the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Mart, and Business Intelligence Reporting environments, and support the integration of those systems with other applications.
∎ Design and implement reporting and analytical solutions, including both the design of table structures and the processes used to populate those structures with data from internal and external sources.
∎ Define, develop and optimize curated datasets and schemas with standardized metrics
∎ Design and develop data staging and data transformation solutions with optimized performance
∎ Develop, deploy and maintain complex ETL processes
∎ Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
∎ Ensure accurate and secure methods to extract data
∎ Identify the current- and future-state business processes.
∎ Help the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicant must be a non-smoker.
∎ High level of statistical and mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Experience in Data Warehouse and Data Mart design with industry best practices
∎ Experience in Business Intelligence or Software Backend(database) Development function.
∎ Experience in OLAP databases and Aggregation Designs for faster reporting
∎ Clear understanding of fact, dimension variables and data modeling techniques.
∎ Logical, analytical and investigative mind, together with creative abilities.
∎ Excellent organizational, time and project management skills.
∎ Ability to handle complex information with accuracy and attention to detail.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 80000 (Monthly)
∎ For higher qualified & experienced candidates salary will be negotiable.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
∎ The benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Three Festival Allowance & Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be entitled.
