Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Information Systems Security (MISS) in MIS, Computer Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with business users to understand and evaluate business process for process automation and improvement.
∎ Work with Development Team for small program enhancement, implementation and support.
∎ Collaborate with Project Managers on various projects to operate business function, and to ensure all business processes take place smoothly.
∎ Plan and coordinate support activities among the Oversea Offices Support Team members, and to provide application training and support services to the Connor users, clients users as well as vendor users.
∎ Maintain good relationship with users and provide feedback to the development team on using the systems.
∎ Conduct Users Acceptance Test, and implementation of Application Systems.
∎ Perform additional duties as required to meet Departmental and Company objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Tertiary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
∎ At least 5 years of working experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in business process analysis, business requirements collection, and business analysis.
∎ Familiar with the basic principles of SQL, proficient in using Excel.
∎ Good command of spoken and written English.
∎ Good problem-solving technique, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Salary: Negotiable
