Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ MBA in Finance/Accounting from reputed universities will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed software requirement specification (SRS).
∎ Delivering elements of system design, including data migration rules, business rules, data model, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
∎ Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders.
∎ Negotiating requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
∎ Identifying the current- and future-state business processes.
∎ Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work have got to be changed to support the future.
∎ Undertake any other lawful responsibilities as assigned by the office/supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ High level of mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Experience in Business Analysis or Software Development function.
∎ Clear understanding of OOP concept and Database objects.
∎ Logical, analytical and investigative mind, together with creative abilities.
∎ Excellent organizational, time and project management skills.
∎ Ability to handle complex information with accuracy and pay attention to every detail.
∎ Self-development skills to keep up-to-date with fast-changing trends and their role in a commercial environment.
∎ Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
∎ Good team working and interpersonal skills required to enable working closely with staff at all levels throughout the organization, including Head of Functions and IT Personnel.
∎ Good requirement writing skills and ability to communicate technical information and ideas clearly and concisely to non-technical people.
∎ The applicant must be a non-smoker.
∎ Smart and well-conversant with professionalism.
∎ Good written & verbal communication skill in English and Bengali.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 80000 (Monthly)
∎ For highly qualified & experienced candidates salary may be negotiable. Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed.
