∎ Position Summary The position is tasked with bringing together crucial development issues of strategic business objectives, research based project ideas and overall branding and communication matters of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely on strategic business issues to gain competitive advantage over the industry.
∎ Support the maintenance of an effective strategy department inclusive of management, coaching, and development of strategy management personnel and identifying and advising on areas for enhancement and focus.
∎ Tasked with the development of strategic threat identification and evaluation processes as well as overseeing their adoption across the business.
∎ Develop different possible scenarios for the mitigation of possible risks and provides recommendations for the management of these scenarios.
∎ Prepare Business Performance Analysis that will provide valuable benchmarking for management as well as timely insights to various departments.
∎ Perform financial forecasting, analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
∎ Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendation for improvement
∎ Evaluate financial performance of peers and compare with CVCFL data to identify trends.
∎ Also responsible for creating and implementing a long-term communication strategy.
∎ Analyze Business Processes and recommend steps to improve business performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Preference 2-3 years work experience in the Financial Sector.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
∎ Adequate knowledge about the products & services of financial market.
∎ Adaptable and must be able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Intermediary to Advance Knowledge of computer operation.
