Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA(Finance)/M.Sc. with a minimum CGPA of 3.00;

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a strong pipeline of quality investment opportunities in the Industrial & Energy Efficiency Finance sector;
∎ Develop appropriate financial structures for transactions;
∎ Participate in dealing, structuring and negotiation meetings to overcome impasses and finalize negotiations in transactions;
∎ Supervise and assist in preparation of financial, economic, legal and technical due diligence of Industrial & Energy Efficiency Finance projects;
∎ Works with senior staff to develop a strong pipeline of good quality investment opportunities;
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, global and regional private businesses, banking and multilateral partners and government officials to further develop the sector and to develop specific investment opportunities;
∎ Coordinate closely with social, environmental, and technical assistance colleagues in order to add value to the clients' businesses, find pragmatic solutions to the specific sector challenges, and achieve sustainable development impact; and
∎ Supervise and monitor the performance of team members and prepare periodic progress report on the overall performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong command in developing business strategies, financial and technical analysis, and relationship management;
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in Bengali & English;
∎ Strong skills in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software;
∎ Minimum 09 years relevant work experience for SAVP position or 11 years relevant work experience for VP position in banks/financial institutions is required.

Salary:
∎ Senior Assistant Vice President: BDT 162,832 + Festival Bonus + LFA + Gratuity + other benefits as per company policy Vice President: BDT 186,093 + Festival Bonus + LFA + Gratuity + other benefits as per company policy
