Skills Required: Accounts and Finance,Internet browsing & online work ability.,Tally Software
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 32 years
Competency in Tally ERP, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Report make on PowerPoint.
Responsibilities & Context:
To ensure all types of Journal entries (Bank, cash) using Tally (ERP) software.
Disbursement of Payment, Ensuring records and reconciliation.
Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation of all bank accounts.
Preparation, finalization and analysis of Financial Statements according to IAS & IFRS.
Deduct TDS & VDS from supplier and submitted to government treasury by challan in time.
To prepare and submit monthly VAT return (Mushak- 9.1) and issue Mushak-6.1,6.2,6.3 and 6.6.
To prepare Section 177 (Return of withholding tax) & Assist to prepare Corporate tax return.
Maintain effective communication and coordination with relevant authorities such as DCT, NBR, VAT Circle Offices, and other stakeholders.
Research data and prepare various reports, gathering, summarizing & analyzing data.
Any other job assigned by the higher authority.
