∎ 6-8 Years work experience in security department at garments industries is must .
∎ Retired defense personnel will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage overall security operations of the compound.
∎ Ensure smooth Security Service to support Operations of the Company;
∎ Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises;
∎ Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including security guards and officers.
∎ Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security risks and vulnerabilities.
∎ Train security staff on security procedures, emergency response protocols, and customer service techniques.
∎ Maintain accurate records of security-related reports and documentation as per CTPAT audit requirement.
∎ Formulating Safety & Security plan for ensuring security. Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers;
∎ Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues;
∎ To maintain contract with local Police Station, Fire Station & other local authorities;
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to security management.
